Garviel Studio was founded from a lifelong passion for miniature artistry, storytelling, and craftsmanship.

After serving more than two decades in the Canadian Armed Forces, I transitioned from military service into the world of professional miniature painting, bringing the same discipline, precision, patience, and attention to detail into every project that leaves the studio.

What began as a personal creative outlet evolved into a dedicated commission painting studio focused on delivering immersive, character-driven armies and showcase miniatures for collectors, gamers, and hobby enthusiasts around the world.

Garviel Studio specializes in Warhammer 40K, Horus Heresy, Age of Sigmar, narrative armies, and display-quality tabletop miniatures. Whether the goal is a fully realized tournament army, a centerpiece display model, or a deeply thematic narrative force, every commission is approached with professionalism, collaboration, and respect for the client’s vision.
